Luís Paulo Trigo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 38th minute of the match, but Marcus Guedes made a huge save. dogmal fc's Fernandinho de Amaral got a good chance for a goal in the 40th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 57th minute Pedro Luís Souza shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Donato Vinhas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jarbas Vianna's late challenge caught a Pyrenopolis's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. After some fancy dribbling in the 60th minute, Jarbas Vianna managed to get in a good position for a shot. dogmal fc's supporters rose to their feet, but Jarbas Vianna was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Marcus Guedes breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 61 minutes, Caetano Peres mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Pyrenopolis and the dogmal fc players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Pyrenopolis getting a freekick after 61 minutes play. Caetano Peres hit a great ball. dogmal fc's Donato Vinhas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pedro Luís Souza in the 64th minute of play. After some careless play in the Pyrenopolis defense, Luís Paulo Trigo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Marcus Guedes. The Pyrenopolis fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Marcus Guedes should have stopped the shot. Jarbas Vianna sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Kauan Brasils short, quick shot in the 78thth minute got Donato Vinhas to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. A collision led to dogmal fc getting a freekick after 79 minutes play. Jarbas Vianna hit a great ball. Pedro Luís Souza struck a weak shot in the 81st minute. Donato Vinhas didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Pyrenopolis. Luís Paulo Trigo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marcus Guedes having to interfere. Pedro Luís Souza sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Marcus Guedes came out of the goal in the 95th minute to try and stop a shot by dogmal fc's Jarbas Vianna. But to his dismay, Jarbas Vianna quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-3. When the referee blew the final whistle jeers and boos were heard from the home team's supporters. They were angered to see dogmal fc lose a match they had controlled from the kick-off.
