Asgard FC's Dedê Pontes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Júnior Schmidt in the 14th minute of play. Luiz Paulo Araújo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 20th minute of the match, but João Vítor Mesquita made a huge save. In the 20th minute, Luiz Paulo Araújo reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of João Vítor Mesquita. The goal made the score 1-1. After having played for 24 minutes, Luiz Paulo Araújo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Asgard FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Luiz Paulo Araújo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Dedê Pontes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Júnior Schmidt in the 29th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Luiz Paulo Araújo got free with João Vítor Mesquita in the 32nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. If Osvaldinho Gomes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Luiz Paulo Araújo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 39th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. João Vítor Mesquita made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Osvaldinho Gomes in the 42nd minute of play.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Osvaldinho Gomes to strike the kick off in the second half. After 56 played minutes Asgard FC got a freekick which was hit by Edmílson Reis. Asgard FC's Dedê Pontes proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 58th minute of the match, managed to save Asgard FC from getting a goal against them. 58 minutes into the game, Reynaldo Carioca was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Asgard FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave VISÃO F.C the free kick. After a rather tough play, Asgard FC's Reynaldo Carioca got a free kick in the 59th minute. Júnior Schmidt sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Osvaldinho Gomes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without João Vítor Mesquita having to interfere. João Vítor Mesquita took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Osvaldinho Gomes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Dedê Pontes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mazinho Barros, who was totally free with the ball in the 90th minute. Júnior Schmidt recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 92nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Mazinho Barros had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 95th minute, Júnior Schmidt managed to get in a good position for a shot. VISÃO F.C's supporters rose to their feet, but Júnior Schmidt was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Dedê Pontes breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick.
