VegetalFC's Ramón de Barros couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 24th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Barbosa Family United. Felippe Carioca showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dedê Aparecido in the 25th minute of the match. If Dedê Aparecido had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Felippe Carioca made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Valério Rodrigues in the 32nd minute of play. Róbson Motta's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 33rdth minute, Fred Brito skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. 37 minutes into the match, Barbosa Family United's goal looked a bit too open when Valério Rodrigues came free, but Felippe Carioca reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Dedê Aparecido in the 39th managed to get into a good position. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
