But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Matías Nunes couldn't finish the play. Luciano Gaúcho was extremely unlucky when he, in the 19th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Diogo Trevisan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Luciano Gaúcho, who was totally free with the ball in the 57th minute. Benjamim Quadros took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mauro Trigo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.
