Claudinei Fantini showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Arnaldo Viana in the 5th minute of the match. A collision led to Refugio EC getting a freekick after 6 minutes play. Giuseppe Queiroz hit a great ball. Claudinei Fantini came out of the goal in the 9th minute to try and stop a shot by Refugio EC's Arnaldo Viana. But to his dismay, Arnaldo Viana quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Arnaldo Viana fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Claudinei Fantini having to interfere. In the 28thth minute of the game Fabinho Capixaba who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FC DRAGÕES DA REAL's Claudinei Fantini was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 29 played minutes FC DRAGÕES DA REAL got a freekick which was hit by Natã Siqueira. If Arnaldo Viana had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. FC DRAGÕES DA REAL's Claudinei Fantini played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Arnaldo Viana in the 34th minute of play. Arnaldo Viana received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Claudinei Fantini tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fabinho Capixaba in the 38th minute of play forced FC DRAGÕES DA REAL's goalkeeper Claudinei Fantini to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Arnaldo Viana sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some fancy dribbling in the 42nd minute, Fabinho Capixaba managed to get in a good position for a shot. Refugio EC's supporters rose to their feet, but Fabinho Capixaba was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Claudinei Fantini breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After having played for 44 minutes, Arnaldo Viana managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Refugio EC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Arnaldo Viana was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Fabinho Capixaba had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in FC DRAGÕES DA REAL's zone, Arnaldo Viana stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Claudinei Fantini came out of the goal and Arnaldo Viana tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The FC DRAGÕES DA REAL players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Refugio EC were winning 0-2.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Arnaldo Viana made a kick off. Refugio EC's Lino Brito played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cido Brasil in the 53rd minute of play. In the 54th minute, Oscar Gomes ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Lino Brito was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. In the 58th minute the ball was on its way in behind FC DRAGÕES DA REAL's goalkeeper Claudinei Fantini, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. When Fabinho Capixaba came up free with the goalie in the 60th minute, the Refugio EC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Fabinho Capixaba couldn't finish the play. After 62 played minutes Refugio EC got a freekick which was hit by Eurico Arantes. Refugio EC's Fabinho Capixaba got a good chance for a goal in the 64th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Oscar Gomes in the 67th minute of play forced Refugio EC's goalkeeper Lino Brito to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Claudinei Fantini was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Arnaldo Viana showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-4 in the 76 minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in FC DRAGÕES DA REAL's zone, Fabinho Capixaba stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Claudinei Fantini came out of the goal and Fabinho Capixaba tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. FC DRAGÕES DA REAL's Claudinei Fantini played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Arnaldo Viana in the 83rd minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Fabinho Capixaba in the 88th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Claudinei Fantini prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If Cido Brasil had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 93rd minute, Giuseppe Queiroz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. FC DRAGÕES DA REAL's Benjamim Koehler couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 94th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Refugio EC. In the 96th minute Oscar Gomes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lino Brito saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The FC DRAGÕES DA REAL fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Refugio EC were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
