Rogério Barral who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 4thth minute tested the skills of Toninho Nóbrega when he managed to save the team from getting behind. With his leg Toninho Nóbrega managed to avoid a goal in the 5thth minute, when Saideira Futebol Clube's Demir Kalhan fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Rogério Barral received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 8th minute. Toninho Nóbrega tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Rogério Barral sent away a hard shot on goal in the 11th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 14 minutes, Gonçalo Santana mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Ananindeua and the Saideira Futebol Clube players grew even worse after the yellow card. Gonçalo Santana kicked well hit freekick during the 15th minute of the match. Rogério Barral sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Toninho Nóbrega made an important save on a dangerous shot by Demir Kalhan in the 23rd minute. Demir Kalhan took the ball and in the 30 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Toninho Nóbrega. Toninho Nóbrega dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. Anselmo Pitta hit a great freekick 33 minutes into the match. After 34 minutes of play, Saideira Futebol Clube's Demir Kalhan made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Toninho Nóbrega was left in no man's land by his defense there! After 39 played minutes Demir Kalhan rounded Ananindeua's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 3-0. After some fancy dribbling in the 46th minute, Demir Kalhan managed to get in a good position for a shot. Saideira Futebol Clube's supporters rose to their feet, but Demir Kalhan was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Toninho Nóbrega breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Af the end of the first half the score was 4-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Reinaldo Ortiz made a kick off. In the 54th minute, Sidnei da Costa left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Saideira Futebol Clube fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-0. Toninho Nóbrega made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Demir Kalhan in the 61st minute of play. When the match had gone on for 63 minutes, Demir Kalhan put it in 6-1 from a short distance just to the right of Toninho Nóbrega. The supporters of Ananindeua booed when Saideira Futebol Clube was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 71 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rogério Barral didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 75th match minute, Ananindeua was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gonçalo Santana to maneuver through the defense. Sidnei da Costa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Toninho Nóbrega having to interfere. In the 79th minute, Demir Kalhan made a precise shot to the right of Toninho Nóbrega. Ananindeua's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 8-1. In the 83rd minute Demir Kalhan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Toninho Nóbrega saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Rogério Barral's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Toninho Nóbrega read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 84th minute of play. Toninho Nóbrega came out of the goal in the 87th minute to try and stop a shot by Saideira Futebol Clube's Demir Kalhan. But to his dismay, Demir Kalhan quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 9-1. 91 minutes into the match, Ananindeua's goal looked a bit too open when Demir Kalhan came free, but Toninho Nóbrega reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Toninho Nóbrega showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Demir Kalhan in the 93rd minute of the match. Léo Paraíba sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 96 minutes into the match, Ananindeua's goal looked a bit too open when Demir Kalhan came free, but Toninho Nóbrega reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Mateus Ferraz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 97th minute. Toninho Nóbrega tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Saideira Futebol Clube walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
