The corner led Elite Alvinegro's Sebastião Alagoano to fire away a dangerous shot which Michel Martins despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Virgílio Furtado might have been able to make a better finish in the 75th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Michel Martins. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out.
