Gilvan Maia charged in rather forcefully in the 15th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Gilvan Maia the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In a very dangerous position, a player in GALO 13™ fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 15th minute. Penalty! In the 16th minute there was a penalty for FC Vila Naticos. Hamílton de Amaral stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Renan Mangueira. 0-1. In the 22nd match minute, FC Vila Naticos was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Doriva Falcão to maneuver through the defense. Edgar Vander showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Júlio Torres, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. 52 minutes into the match, Falcão Messias notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of FC Vila Naticos's Edgar Vander. Edgar Vander was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Paulo Maciel in the 56th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Edgar Vander prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Doriva Falcão recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 69th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Edgar Vander stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Falcão Messias's shot from short distance in the 71st minute. In the 72ndth minute of the game Falcão Messias who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FC Vila Naticos's Edgar Vander was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. If Falcão Messias had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Moisés Lara received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 76th minute. Edgar Vander tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 81 minutes into the match, FC Vila Naticos's goal looked a bit too open when Falcão Messias came free, but Edgar Vander reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
