Vito Aguiar received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Zé Abraão came out and tried to block the shot, but Vito Aguiar slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 8th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Enio Azevedo in the 12th minute of play forced Detonautas FC Return's goalkeeper Zé Abraão to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Zé Abraão was a little too slow when Enio Azevedo got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 14th minute. The score was now 2-0. In the 22nd minute Enio Azevedo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zé Abraão saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Zé Abraão showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vito Aguiar, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. In the 24th minute, Sosoco FC's Vito Aguiar dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 4-0. In the 32nd minute, Sosoco FC's Enio Azevedo ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Zé Abraão. Zé Abraão yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 5-0. If Enio Azevedo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Zé Abraão showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vito Aguiar in the 39th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Enio Azevedo in the 41st minute of play forced Detonautas FC Return's goalkeeper Zé Abraão to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Edmílson Veloso got free with Zé Abraão in the 45th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 48 minutes into the match, Detonautas FC Return's goal looked a bit too open when Enio Azevedo came free, but Zé Abraão reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
