To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 21 minutes into the match, Pegasus FC's goal looked a bit too open when Concetto Trombetta came free, but João Adolfo Ramos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 23 minutes into the match, Marrenchenko FC's goalkeeper Benjamim Terra had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Evandro Tinoco. João Adolfo Ramos came out of the goal in the 25th minute to try and stop a shot by Marrenchenko FC's Concetto Trombetta. But to his dismay, Concetto Trombetta quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Hílton Cearense fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without João Adolfo Ramos having to interfere. After 51 minutes, Valdomiro Vinhas mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Marrenchenko FC and the Pegasus FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 51st minute, Valdomiro Vinhas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Benjamim Terra didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Rubinho Vargas went, in the 52nd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. After a rather tough play, Marrenchenko FC's Manoel Castro got a free kick in the 59th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Pegasus FC's zone, Hílton Cearense stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. João Adolfo Ramos came out of the goal and Hílton Cearense tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Hílton Cearense sent away a hard shot on goal in the 70th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A hard shot 92 in the game by Concetto Trombetta from a close distance when the talented João Adolfo Ramos managed to make a qualified save. Pegasus FC's players were relieved.
