Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) With a little luck, Massa Bruta's Túlio Torres got control of the ball when Frédson Aguiar tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 7th minute, Ronaldão dos Santos hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Massa Bruta's Túlio Torres played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Joel Sarmento in the 13th minute of play. José Maria Barros received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 16th minute. Emerson Abreu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The crowd rose to their feet as Frédson Aguiar kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Túlio Torres. That made the score 1-0 in the 27 minute of play. Massa Bruta's Túlio Torres played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Joel Sarmento in the 30th minute of play. Emerson Abreu came out of the goal in the 34th minute to try and stop a shot by Massa Bruta's José Maria Barros. But to his dismay, José Maria Barros quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. José Pedro Albuquerque took the ball and in the 41 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Túlio Torres. Túlio Torres dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. 46 minutes into the match, José Pedro Albuquerque had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Túlio Torres. Massa Bruta's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that José Pedro Albuquerque was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-1. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-1.

Emerson Abreu made a fantastic save in the 53rd minute, when Diogo Matorin sent off a good shot on target. If Frédson Aguiar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Umbrella Star booed when Massa Bruta was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 60 match minutes in a wonderful position. Elano Leme didn't get a good kick on the ball. Emerson Abreu made an important save on a dangerous shot by José Maria Barros in the 64th minute. After 65 played minutes, Massa Bruta's Nico Camargo shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Emerson Abreu came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Massa Bruta reached it. Massa Bruta's Túlio Torres played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Joel Sarmento in the 66th minute of play. Túlio Torres didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Frédson Aguiar went, in the 67th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-1 was the resulting score. Emerson Abreu made an important save on a dangerous shot by José Maria Barros in the 74th minute. Ciro França charged in rather forcefully in the 75th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ciro França the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Umbrella Star booed when Massa Bruta was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 75 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ciro França didn't get a good kick on the ball. José Maria Barros recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 87th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. A collision led to Massa Bruta getting a freekick after 89 minutes play. Elano Leme hit a great ball. A collision led to Umbrella Star getting a freekick after 93 minutes play. José Pedro Albuquerque hit a great ball. When the match had gone on for 96 minutes, Frédson Aguiar put it in 6-1 from a short distance just to the right of Túlio Torres. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Umbrella Star had won after a very even match.
