Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Pedrinho Britto kicked off to start the match. Cauã de Salles took the ball and in the 3 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Marcelo Schmidt. Marcelo Schmidt dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Dadá Luz's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Marcelo Schmidt read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 6th minute of play. Eugênio Sá hit a great freekick 12 minutes into the match. Cauã de Salles succeeded in the game's 13th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 0-2. Pedrinho Britto recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 20th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Iuna's Pedrinho Britto in the 24th minute got a chance for a shot 24th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Soltas AD's goalie prevented a goal. Pedrinho Britto blasted a shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Claudinei de Souza having to make a save. Iuna's Válter Toledo got a good chance for a goal in the 31st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the last second Claudinei de Souza throw himself and got hold of the ball when Pedrinho Britto in the 34thth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. After 36 played minutes Iuna got a freekick which was hit by Eugênio Sá. Cauã de Salles sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 43rd minute, Dadá Luz made a precise shot to the right of Marcelo Schmidt. Iuna's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-3. Disappointed in the 0-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Cauã de Salles made a kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cauã de Salles in the 53rd minute of play forced Iuna's goalkeeper Marcelo Schmidt to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 57 minutes, Carlos Alberto de Salles mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Iuna and the Soltas AD players grew even worse after the yellow card. Carlos Alberto de Salles hit a great freekick 58 minutes into the match. Dadá Luz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Pedrinho Britto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Arí Dias charged in rather forcefully in the 63rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Arí Dias the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Claudinei de Souza showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Válter Toledo in the 65th minute of the match. 72 minutes into the match, Soltas AD's goal looked a bit too open when Pedrinho Britto came free, but Claudinei de Souza reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 84th minute the ball was on its way in behind Soltas AD's goalkeeper Claudinei de Souza, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Carlinhos Lago took the ball and in the 86 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Claudinei de Souza. Claudinei de Souza dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-3. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Válter Toledo in the 92nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Claudinei de Souza saved Soltas AD from getting behind.
