Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Hugo Ramos started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. The audience was convinced that Dawoud Faraj's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Marcelo Schmidt was relentless in the 3rd minute of the game. After a defensive mix-up in Iuna's zone, Dawoud Faraj stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Marcelo Schmidt came out of the goal and Dawoud Faraj tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 6th minute Hugo Ramos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcelo Schmidt saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Válter Toledo kicked well hit freekick during the 11th minute of the match. Hugo Ramos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marcelo Schmidt having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Dawoud Faraj in the 18th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Marcelo Schmidt saved Iuna from getting behind. Chico Montenegro charged in rather forcefully in the 23rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Chico Montenegro the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 23 played minutes Trem das Onze got a freekick which was hit by Chico Montenegro. In the 25th match minute, Iuna was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Christian Paiva to maneuver through the defense. Dawoud Faraj fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marcelo Schmidt having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Iuna's zone, Dawoud Faraj stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Marcelo Schmidt came out of the goal and Dawoud Faraj tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After a defensive mix-up in Trem das Onze's zone, Carlinhos Lago stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ricky Blake came out of the goal and Carlinhos Lago tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Marcelo Schmidt showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dawoud Faraj in the 38th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hugo Ramos in the 40th minute of play forced Iuna's goalkeeper Marcelo Schmidt to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The Iuna players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Trem das Onze were winning 0-3.

The wind increased when Pedrinho Britto made the kick off in the second half. After a defensive mix-up in Iuna's zone, Hugo Ramos stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Marcelo Schmidt came out of the goal and Hugo Ramos tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 55 minutes, Dawoud Faraj made it 0-4 with a short kick to the right side. Iuna's Marcelo Schmidt tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Marcelo Schmidt made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Falo Grosso in the 61st minute of play. Dawoud Faraj took the ball and in the 62 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Marcelo Schmidt. Marcelo Schmidt dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-5. Hugo Ramos recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 65th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Dawoud Faraj had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Válter Toledo kicked well hit freekick during the 71st minute of the match. After 72 played minutes Iuna got a freekick which was hit by Válter Toledo. Dawoud Faraj sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some fancy dribbling in the 77th minute, Hugo Ramos managed to get in a good position for a shot. Trem das Onze's supporters rose to their feet, but Hugo Ramos was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Marcelo Schmidt breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After some careless play in the Iuna defense, Dawoud Faraj kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Marcelo Schmidt. The Iuna fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Marcelo Schmidt should have stopped the shot. Marcelo Schmidt took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ramiro Simões, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Marcelo Schmidt made a fantastic save in the 87th minute, when Dawoud Faraj sent off a good shot on target. When Iuna's Pedrinho Britto in the 93rd minute got a chance for a shot 93rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Trem das Onze's goalie prevented a goal. Iuna were awarded a corner in the 95th minute after Trem das Onze's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Virgílio Aguiar took the corner. Trem das Onze played a much better game than Iuna and deserved their victory. The Iuna players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
