Spectators: 3249 (Terracing: 3000, Seating: 199, VIP seats: 50) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when José Ignacio Angulo kicked off to start the match. After 4 played minutes AD.MANTHIQUEIRA got a freekick which was hit by Vitinho Tróia. Rodriguinho Motta came out of the goal in the 12th minute to try and stop a shot by AD.MANTHIQUEIRA's Eugênio Macedo. But to his dismay, Eugênio Macedo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. In the 16th minute, Dário Leme ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Rodriguinho Motta was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. If José Ignacio Angulo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Itália booed when AD.MANTHIQUEIRA was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 21 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dário Leme didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 24 minutes, Dário Leme managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. AD.MANTHIQUEIRA's supporters crossed their fingers, but Dário Leme was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Rodriguinho Motta made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dário Leme in the 26th minute of play. In the 27th minute the ball was on its way in behind AD.MANTHIQUEIRA's goalkeeper Samuel da Costa, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. When Christian Clemencin came up free with the goalie in the 29th minute, the Itália fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Christian Clemencin couldn't finish the play. 31 minutes into the match, Eugênio Macedo had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Rodriguinho Motta. Itália's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Eugênio Macedo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. José Ignacio Angulo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 38th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a rather tough play, Itália's Yoel Suarez got a free kick in the 41st minute. In the 46th minute, José Ignacio Angulo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. AD.MANTHIQUEIRA's Francisco de Souza was substituted for Amadeu Sousa. AD.MANTHIQUEIRA's Fernandinho Azevedo was substituted for Eugênio Macedo. In the 48th match minute, AD.MANTHIQUEIRA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by José Ignacio Angulo to maneuver through the defense. After the first half AD.MANTHIQUEIRA were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Dagoberto Velasco to make the kick off. Anísio de Sena charged in rather forcefully in the 51st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Anísio de Sena the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Anísio de Sena kicked well hit freekick during the 51st minute of the match. 52 minutes into the match, AD.MANTHIQUEIRA's goal looked a bit too open when Dagoberto Velasco came free, but Samuel da Costa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a little luck, Itália's Rodriguinho Motta got control of the ball when Dário Leme tried to sneak it across the goal line. Itália's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Dário Leme 58 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 0-4. After a rather tough play, Itália's İlyas Okcan got a free kick in the 62nd minute. 0-5 became the score in the 63rd minute when Fernandinho Azevedo elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Itália's defense didn't have a chance, in the 67th minute, when Edson Rosado scored to the left of an out of position Rodriguinho Motta, making the score, 0-6. Fernandinho Azevedo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The crowd rose to their feet as AD.MANTHIQUEIRA's Jacinto Dorio slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Rodriguinho Motta. That made the score 0-7 after 74 minutes of play. Thanks to some nice moves Dário Leme could shoot a difficult shot in the 79th minute, which Rodriguinho Motta however easily saved by the left post. Dário Leme scored 0-8 in the 81st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Rodriguinho Motta, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After a defensive mix-up in Itália's zone, Dário Leme stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Rodriguinho Motta came out of the goal and Dário Leme tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Rodriguinho Motta showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jacinto Dorio, who was totally free with the ball in the 90th minute. In the 93rd minute Dário Leme shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rodriguinho Motta saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 95th match minute, Itália was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Yoel Suarez to maneuver through the defense. AD.MANTHIQUEIRA played a much better game than Itália and deserved their victory. The Itália players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
