Leszek Miodek blasted a shot towards the goal in the 6th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Felix Crayon having to make a save. Leszek Miodek sent away a hard shot on goal in the 8th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Leszek Miodek took the ball and in the 10 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Felix Crayon. Felix Crayon dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Leszek Miodek in the 13th minute of play forced Nottingham Forrest F.C's goalkeeper Felix Crayon to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. BURRÃO DA CENTRAL's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Eurico Gomes in the 25th minute. In the 31st minute, Nicolas Sergipano ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Afonso Macedo was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. Felix Crayon took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Leszek Miodek, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Felix Crayon came out of the goal in the 36th minute to try and stop a shot by BURRÃO DA CENTRAL's Leszek Miodek. But to his dismay, Leszek Miodek quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-1. Igor Neto's late challenge caught a BURRÃO DA CENTRAL's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Igor Neto helped the player get up and apologised. Afonso Macedo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aníbal Ramalho, who was totally free with the ball in the 47th minute. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-1.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Leszek Miodek stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. A sloppy throw-in by Elói Amaral in the 57th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Nottingham Forrest F.C's Aníbal Ramalho. The audience thought a goal was coming when Nicolas Sergipano got free with Afonso Macedo in the 60th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Saverio Gutierrez might have been able to make a better finish in the 61st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Felix Crayon. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Saverio Gutierrez ran back to his position shaking his head. After a rather tough play, BURRÃO DA CENTRAL's Elói Amaral got a free kick in the 63rd minute. If Nicolas Sergipano had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Afonso Macedo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nicolas Sergipano, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Saverio Gutierrez sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Nottingham Forrest F.C's Nestor Paraibano was substituted for Belmiro de Almeida. Aníbal Ramalho's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Afonso Macedo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 77th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ebbe Hagbo in the 82nd minute of play forced Nottingham Forrest F.C's goalkeeper Felix Crayon to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Felix Crayon made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Leszek Miodek in the 86th minute of play. When BURRÃO DA CENTRAL's Leszek Miodek in the 87th minute got a chance for a shot 87th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Nottingham Forrest F.C's goalie prevented a goal.
