Mauro Ihintza showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. Rogério Ceni showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kimi Gordeenko, who was totally free with the ball in the 12th minute. Tortuga FC's Victor Tinoco proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 14th minute of the match, managed to save Tortuga FC from getting a goal against them. Casemiro Davids kicked well hit freekick during the 16th minute of the match. Vinícius Servaes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. Vinícius Servaes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

A sloppy throw-in by Sven-Erik Asplund in the 61st minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Diamante Negro DK - VV's Umberto Lara. Vinícius Servaes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 64th minute, Vinícius Servaes made a precise shot to the right of Victor Tinoco. Tortuga FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 5-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vinícius Servaes in the 69th minute of play forced Tortuga FC's goalkeeper Victor Tinoco to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. One of Tortuga FC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Diamante Negro DK - VV:s goal. In the 96th minute there was a penalty for Diamante Negro DK - VV. Willian Félix stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Victor Tinoco. 8-0. When the referee ended the match the Diamante Negro DK - VV players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
