Lenílson Peres started the match with the kick off. 5 minutes into the match, Desportivo Coala's goal looked a bit too open when Lenílson Peres came free, but Ahti Isu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Rüknettin Şahin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 8th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 8th minute, Rüknettin Şahin ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Luís Fernando Almeida was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. 11 minutes into the match, Desportivo Coala's goalkeeper Ahti Isu had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Lenílson Peres. Vito Dias hit a great freekick 14 minutes into the match. Breno Donato kicked well hit freekick during the 15th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Lenílson Peres in the 19th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ahti Isu prevented the ball from getting in the gole. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Lenílson Peres in the 19th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ahti Isu saved Desportivo Coala from getting behind. Luís Fernando Almeida didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Rüknettin Şahin went, in the 21st minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. The supporters of Febre Amarela booed when Desportivo Coala was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 24 match minutes in a wonderful position. Huang Jian Feng didn't get a good kick on the ball. Rüknettin Şahin recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 29th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Lenílson Peres in the 41st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ahti Isu prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After the first half Desportivo Coala were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Rüknettin Şahin stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Desportivo Coala's Ahti Isu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lenílson Peres in the 51st minute of play. Célio da Cunha's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ahti Isu read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 53rd minute of play. Luís Fernando Almeida made a fantastic save in the 60th minute, when Rüknettin Şahin sent off a good shot on target. In the 66th minute Rüknettin Şahin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Luís Fernando Almeida saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Luís Fernando Almeida showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rüknettin Şahin, who was totally free with the ball in the 68th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rüknettin Şahin in the 75th minute of play forced Febre Amarela's goalkeeper Luís Fernando Almeida to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 76th match minute, Desportivo Coala was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rüknettin Şahin to maneuver through the defense. Ahti Isu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lenílson Peres, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Luís Fernando Almeida showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rüknettin Şahin in the 83rd minute of the match. In the 90th minute Lenílson Peres shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ahti Isu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Desportivo Coala's Lobo Londrina was substituted for Davide Flumian. Desportivo Coala's Rüknettin Şahin got a good chance for a goal in the 96th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Desportivo Coala's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
