The Floresta Club U18 fans' excitement grew in the 6th match minute when Floresta Club U18's Douglas de Souza looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. DENVER™'s Toninho Pinheiro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gilmar Castro in the 16th minute of play. Toninho Pinheiro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Douglas de Souza, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Remo da Rocha fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Toninho Pinheiro having to interfere. Toninho Pinheiro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gilmar Castro in the 23rd minute of the match. When DENVER™'s Nilmar Freitas in the 26th minute got a chance for a shot 26th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. After some careless play in the DENVER™ defense, Douglas de Souza kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Toninho Pinheiro. The DENVER™ fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Toninho Pinheiro should have stopped the shot. Douglas de Souza received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. Toninho Pinheiro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Toninho Pinheiro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gilmar Castro in the 39th minute of the match. In the 45th minute of the match Floresta Club U18 got a corner. DENVER™'s goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Ruy da Rocha ran over to the corner to take the kick.

The wind increased when Guilherme Abud made the kick off in the second half. After some fancy dribbling in the 50th minute, Gilmar Castro managed to get in a good position for a shot. Floresta Club U18's supporters rose to their feet, but Gilmar Castro was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Toninho Pinheiro breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. A collision led to Floresta Club U18 getting a freekick after 53 minutes play. Remo da Rocha hit a great ball. Cleithon Minuhin's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Léo de Brito read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 55th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Douglas de Souza in the 57th minute of play forced DENVER™'s goalkeeper Toninho Pinheiro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ruy da Rocha made a great header on Floresta Club U18's corner, it was just that DENVER™'s Toninho Pinheiro managed to reach the ball for a save. Léo de Brito showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nilmar Freitas in the 65th minute of the match. Léo de Brito made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Guilherme Abud in the 69th minute of play. Tomé Reis received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Toninho Pinheiro came out and tried to block the shot, but Tomé Reis slotted it home off the left post making it 1-4 in the 72nd minute. Floresta Club U18's Endrik Edmundo was substituted for Remo da Rocha. Douglas de Souza came free with the goalkeeper in the 77th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Toninho Pinheiro could save by the left post. Douglas de Souza blasted a shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Toninho Pinheiro having to make a save. In the 79th minute, Douglas de Souza reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Toninho Pinheiro. The goal made the score 1-5. Floresta Club U18's Léo de Brito played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nilmar Freitas in the 87th minute of play. The supporters of Floresta Club U18 booed when DENVER™ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 90 match minutes in a wonderful position. Denver Zago didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, Floresta Club U18's Eliézer Correia got a free kick in the 92nd minute. Cleithon Minuhin's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Léo de Brito read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 93rd minute of play. Léo de Brito showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nilmar Freitas, who was totally free with the ball in the 94th minute. The DENVER™ fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Floresta Club U18 were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
