But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ernesto Savier couldn't finish the play. In the 18th match minute, Gowland was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sixto Saturnin to maneuver through the defense. Ernesto Savier recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 19th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Inocencio Tolino fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Genaro Eguen having to interfere. When Ernesto Savier came up free with the goalie in the 22nd minute, the Miñones AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ernesto Savier couldn't finish the play. Ernesto Savier sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Angel Janpier struck a weak shot in the 33rd minute. Gowland's Genaro Eguen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Inocencio Tolino in the 42nd minute of play. When Ernesto Savier came up free with the goalie in the 42nd minute, the Miñones AFC fans jumped to their feet. Sixto Saturnin might have been able to make a better finish in the 51st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Narciso Berriotxoa. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Sixto Saturnin ran back to his position shaking his head. Genaro Eguen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Inocencio Tolino in the 53rd minute of play. Ernesto Savier sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Inocencio Tolino fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Genaro Eguen having to interfere. Romeo Iban fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Narciso Berriotxoa having to interfere. Genaro Eguen made a fantastic save in the 68th minute, when Gabriel Serafo sent off a good shot on target. After 68 played minutes Gowland got a freekick which was hit by Gustavo Reynardo. Genaro Eguen took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Inocencio Tolino, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a little luck, Gowland's Genaro Eguen got control of the ball when Ernesto Savier tried to sneak it across the goal line. Ernesto Savier in the 81stth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Genaro Eguen, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. When the match had gone on for 93 minutes, Inocencio Tolino took a quick shot and it went in 0-2 without a chance for Genaro Eguen to make any attempt to save it.
