Severino Rayman hit a great freekick 6 minutes into the match. In the 14th minute Isaias Canor shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Domingo Rivero saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Elias Artizar in the 15th minute of play forced Carmelo FC's goalkeeper Domingo Rivero to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Hermengildo Ongile fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Faustino Vimaro having to interfere. Faustino Vimaro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hector Formerio in the 25th minute of play. In the 28th minute, Teobaldo Peruxu left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Chaco For Ever fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. In the 32nd minute, Arnoldo Derwin reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Faustino Vimaro. The goal made the score 2-1. Vicente Llorian kicked well hit freekick during the 41st minute of the match.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Vicente Llorian was the one to do the kick off. 54 minutes into the match, Anier Nuxila notched a goal, 2-2, to the right of Carmelo FC's Domingo Rivero. Domingo Rivero was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Vicente Llorian fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Faustino Vimaro having to interfere. In the 58th minute Isaias Canor suffered a foot injury and had to be helped off the field. Hector Formerio charged in rather forcefully in the 58th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Hector Formerio the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. 62 minutes into the game, Chaco For Ever's Anier Nuxila nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Domingo Rivero made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-3. 66 minutes into the match, Chaco For Ever's goal looked a bit too open when Arnoldo Derwin came free, but Faustino Vimaro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 70th minute Arnoldo Derwin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Faustino Vimaro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Carmelo FC's Domingo Rivero played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Elias Artizar in the 71st minute of play. Anier Nuxila recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 85th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Domingo Rivero made an important save on a dangerous shot by Elias Artizar in the 88th minute. The crowd rose to their feet as Chaco For Ever's Americo Grabiel slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Domingo Rivero. That made the score 2-4 after 89 minutes of play. 94 minutes into the match, Carmelo FC's goal looked a bit too open when Anier Nuxila came free, but Domingo Rivero reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The Carmelo FC supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Chaco For Ever's performance. The match ended with a win for Chaco For Ever.
