Seating: 1641, VIP seats: 2) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Isaac Ascencio started the match with the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nemesio Quinten in the 4th minute of play forced Rumioj's goalkeeper Generoso Panpili to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Rumioj booed when Brinkman was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 7 match minutes in a wonderful position. Prudencio Espiridion didn't get a good kick on the ball. Santiago Hernando made an important save on a dangerous shot by Dario Lawrence in the 10th minute. In the 12th match minute, Rumioj was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Umberto Marques to maneuver through the defense. Dario Lawrence might have been able to make a better finish in the 17th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Santiago Hernando. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Dario Lawrence ran back to his position shaking his head. Brinkman's Santiago Hernando proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 19th minute of the match, managed to save Brinkman from getting a goal against them. Generoso Panpili showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Maximo Monico, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. In the 27th minute, Nemesio Quinten made a precise shot to the right of Generoso Panpili. Rumioj's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Santiago Hernando made an important save on a dangerous shot by Isaac Ascencio in the 32nd minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Isaac Ascencio in the 33rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Santiago Hernando prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Rumioj's Dario Lawrence got a good chance for a goal in the 37th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Dario Lawrence fell near the penalty area in the 39th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Rumioj's protests and gave Dario Lawrence a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Rumioj's Dario Lawrence got a free kick in the 39th minute. After the first half Brinkman were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Maximo Monico was the one to do the kick off. Santiago Hernando made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Isaac Ascencio in the 52nd minute of play. Generoso Panpili made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nemesio Quinten in the 60th minute of play. If Isaac Ascencio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Maximo Monico sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of Brinkman booed when Rumioj was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 66 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dario Lawrence didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Maximo Monico had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Generoso Panpili made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Maximo Monico in the 74th minute of play. Leo Arias lost his temper 75 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. In the 76th minute, Pastor Cresitobalo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 80th minute, Dario Lawrence left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Rumioj fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. Generoso Panpili took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Maximo Monico, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Raimundo Sagrario missed a clear chance of a goal when in the 87 minute of the game fired away a shot, but unfortunally the ball went out to the Santiago Hernando right hand side. A collision led to Rumioj getting a freekick after 92 minutes play. Dario Lawrence hit a great ball. Rumioj's Generoso Panpili played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Maximo Monico in the 94th minute of play. Umberto Marques kicked well hit freekick during the 96th minute of the match. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
