A collision led to Cordoba FC getting a freekick after 11 minutes play. Agustin Shantala hit a great ball. In the 12th minute, Gaspar Cristos got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The audience was convinced that Leo Manni's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Tadeo Frasquito was relentless in the 17th minute of the game. Oscar Mikolas charged in rather forcefully in the 22nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. After a rather tough play, Fuerte's Oscar Mikolas got a free kick in the 35th minute. Angelino Lobo was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 35th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Leo Manni fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tadeo Frasquito having to interfere. Agustin Shantala struck a weak shot in the 45th minute. Tadeo Frasquito didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Cordoba FC. After a defensive mix-up in Fuerte's zone, Agustin Shantala stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Tadeo Frasquito came out of the goal and Agustin Shantala tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Tadeo Frasquito took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Agustin Shantala, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Cordoba FC walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
