In the 6thth minute of the game Danny Sparrow who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but GARNIC FC's Dalmacio Manex was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 8th minute, GARNIC FC's Pablo Lauaxeta ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Marcos Admon. Marcos Admon yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. Marcos Admon made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pablo Lauaxeta in the 17th minute of play. In the 22nd minute, Ovidio Iraido made a precise shot to the right of Dalmacio Manex. GARNIC FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. After having played for 26 minutes, Danny Sparrow managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Cuervo FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Danny Sparrow was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 28 minutes of play, Cuervo FC's Leo Nerio made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Dalmacio Manex was left in no man's land by his defense there! Danny Sparrow kicked well hit freekick during the 31st minute of the match. Marcos Admon showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pablo Lauaxeta, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. 34 minutes into the match, GARNIC FC's goal looked a bit too open when Ovidio Iraido came free, but Dalmacio Manex reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Urbano Lano's late challenge caught a Cuervo FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Urbano Lano helped the player get up and apologised. Leo Nerio blasted a shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Dalmacio Manex having to make a save. If Danny Sparrow had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 42nd minute Danny Sparrow shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dalmacio Manex saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Dalmacio Manex took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dominik Milan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 46 minutes into the match, GARNIC FC's goal looked a bit too open when Leo Nerio came free, but Dalmacio Manex reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Danny Sparrow took the ball and in the 48 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Dalmacio Manex. Dalmacio Manex dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-3. The GARNIC FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Cuervo FC were winning 1-3.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Danny Sparrow to strike the kick off in the second half. 54 minutes into the match, Cuervo FC's goal looked a bit too open when Pablo Lauaxeta came free, but Marcos Admon reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Danny Sparrow struck a weak shot in the 58th minute. Dalmacio Manex didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Cuervo FC. Danny Sparrow sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Ovidio Iraido had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 66th minute, Leo Nerio managed to get in a good position for a shot. Cuervo FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Leo Nerio was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Dalmacio Manex breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Dalmacio Manex showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Danny Sparrow in the 67th minute of the match. After 69 minutes of play, Cuervo FC's Danny Sparrow made it 1-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Dalmacio Manex was left in no man's land by his defense there! Urbano Lano was shown his second yellow card after 79 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. The supporters of Cuervo FC booed when GARNIC FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 80 match minutes in a wonderful position. Urbano Lano didn't get a good kick on the ball.
