Ariel Montel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Erubiel Duarte in the 14th minute of the match. After having played for 21 minutes, Luisito Iago managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Vorterix FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Luisito Iago was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The supporters of Vorterix FC booed when Independiente FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 22 match minutes in a wonderful position. Urbano Guillelme didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Christophe Sacre in the 24th minute of play forced Independiente FC's goalkeeper Ariel Montel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 60th minute, Christophe Sacre made a precise shot to the right of Ariel Montel. Independiente FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-3. Fabricio Mannuel's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Kacper Grunwalski read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 94th minute of play. Independiente FC's Ariel Montel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luisito Iago in the 95th minute of play.
