Spectators: 7288 (Terracing: 5468, Seating: 1676, VIP seats: 144) In the 9th minute, Ahrenfeld's Diego Cheche seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Diego Cheche the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Ahrenfeld protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Diego Cheche had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. Diego Cheche hit a great freekick 9 minutes into the match. In the 15th minute Christian Luar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Patricio Totakoxe saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Patricio Totakoxe didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Christian Luar went, in the 15th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. Ildefonso Iratxo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 18th minute. Patricio Totakoxe tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Patricio Totakoxe made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Christian Luar in the 20th minute of play. After 20 played minutes Lorenzo FC got a freekick which was hit by Miguel Rodriguez. Anier Gamus, 26 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Isaias Iztal sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in Lorenzo FC's zone, Isaias Iztal stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Patricio Totakoxe came out of the goal and Isaias Iztal tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 31st minute Isaias Iztal shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Patricio Totakoxe saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 32nd match minute, Lorenzo FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rene Pagomari to maneuver through the defense. Isaias Iztal struck a weak shot in the 34th minute. Patricio Totakoxe didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ahrenfeld. Isaias Iztal recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 38th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After some careless play in the Ahrenfeld defense, Paulo Antunes kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Maximo Mino. The Ahrenfeld fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Maximo Mino should have stopped the shot. Disappointed in the 1-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Christian Luar was the one to do the kick off. After 57 played minutes Lorenzo FC got a freekick which was hit by Cirilo Oxel. If Christian Luar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 65th minute Isaias Iztal shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Patricio Totakoxe saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Christian Luar received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 67th minute. Patricio Totakoxe tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 70th minute, Isaias Iztal ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Patricio Totakoxe was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-3. Maximo Mino took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Paulo Antunes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 74th match minute, Ahrenfeld was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ildefonso Iratxo to maneuver through the defense. Lorenzo FC's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Christian Luar 77 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 1-4. If Isaias Iztal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 82nd minute, Christian Luar managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ahrenfeld's supporters rose to their feet, but Christian Luar was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Patricio Totakoxe breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Christian Luar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Patricio Totakoxe having to interfere. In the 86th minute, Rodolfo Salomone fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Patricio Totakoxe, passed just outside the right post. Patricio Totakoxe made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Isaias Iztal in the 91st minute of play. Everardo Euloxu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Maximo Mino having to interfere. When the match was over Ahrenfeld could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Lorenzo FC throughout the match.
