In the 3rd match minute, Athletic Bostero was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ralph Spaan to maneuver through the defense. If Liu Yuan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 5th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 9 minutes Athletic Bostero's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Gerardo Bernebe who took care of the corner kick. After taking down the ball on lןןl BANFIELD FC Lascano's corner Gerardo Bernebe fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Cecilio Martinez quite easily take care of the ball. Narciso Iraido might have been able to make a better finish in the 14th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Cecilio Martinez. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Narciso Iraido ran back to his position shaking his head. Cecilio Martinez showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Narciso Iraido, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. Athletic Bostero's Cecilio Martinez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Narciso Iraido in the 18th minute of play. Narciso Iraido took the ball and in the 19 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Cecilio Martinez. Cecilio Martinez dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Narciso Iraido in the 22nd minute of play forced Athletic Bostero's goalkeeper Cecilio Martinez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Vicente Otoniel kicked well hit freekick during the 24th minute of the match. Vicente Otoniel was shown his second yellow card after 26 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. A collision led to lןןl BANFIELD FC Lascano getting a freekick after 27 minutes play. Vicente Otoniel hit a great ball. 35 minutes into the game, Athletic Bostero's Liu Yuan nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Chiquito Romero made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2. 38 minutes into the match, Liu Yuan had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Chiquito Romero. lןןl BANFIELD FC Lascano's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Liu Yuan was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-2. Cecilio Martinez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Teodosio Itzaina in the 41st minute of play. Athletic Bostero made a substitution. Angelino Atauri replaced Eduardo Errando. If Narciso Iraido had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The score stood at 2-2 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Hüseyin Rahmi Tanpınar stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Teodosio Itzaina recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 52nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 57th minute, Teodosio Itzaina made a precise shot to the right of Cecilio Martinez. Athletic Bostero's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-3. After 59 played minutes Athletic Bostero got a freekick which was hit by Ralph Spaan. Chiquito Romero showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hüseyin Rahmi Tanpınar, who was totally free with the ball in the 61st minute. 66 minutes into the match, lןןl BANFIELD FC Lascano's goal looked a bit too open when Hüseyin Rahmi Tanpınar came free, but Chiquito Romero reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Chiquito Romero made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Angelino Atauri in the 77th minute of play. Teodosio Itzaina could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 78th minute of the match, but Cecilio Martinez made a huge save. lןןl BANFIELD FC Lascano made a substitution. Candido Pes replaced Wadi Zahid. With a little luck, Athletic Bostero's Cecilio Martinez got control of the ball when Teodosio Itzaina tried to sneak it across the goal line. Cecilio Martinez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mario Arotza in the 91st minute of play. Athletic Bostero were unable to convert their possession into goals, allowing lןןl BANFIELD FC Lascano to leave the ground with a draw.
