Seating: 1645, VIP seats: 142) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Alfons Ugla got the match started through his kick off. In the 8th minute Fredrik Björnberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Yngve Alebom saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Alfons Ugla had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Fredrik Björnberg in the 17th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Yngve Alebom saved PiersAndres from getting behind. Urban Molander showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alfons Ugla in the 19th minute of the match. Alfons Ugla sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Alfons Ugla had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of PiersAndres booed when Kulltorp FF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 27 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mats Käller didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Andy Bergqvist had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Pelle Linqvist came up free with the goalie in the 35th minute, the Kulltorp FF fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Pelle Linqvist couldn't finish the play. Kurt Fågel blasted a shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Urban Molander having to make a save. Mats Käller was shown his second yellow card after 42 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. In the 42nd match minute, Kulltorp FF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mats Käller to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in PiersAndres's zone, Charles Wik stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Yngve Alebom came out of the goal and Charles Wik tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Fredrik Björnberg blasted a shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Yngve Alebom having to make a save. Kurt Fågel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Urban Molander tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Fredrik Björnberg was the one to do the kick off. Mårten Almkvist sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some fancy dribbling in the 55th minute, Fredrik Björnberg managed to get in a good position for a shot. Kulltorp FF's supporters rose to their feet, but Fredrik Björnberg was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Yngve Alebom breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Urban Molander took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kurt Fågel, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Yngve Alebom showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fredrik Björnberg in the 61st minute of the match. In the 65th minute Alfons Ugla shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Urban Molander saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Fredrik Björnberg recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 67th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 70 minutes into the match, PiersAndres's goalkeeper Yngve Alebom had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Fredrik Björnberg. After a rather tough play, PiersAndres's Esbjörn Forsman got a free kick in the 72nd minute. Kulltorp FF's Fredrik Björnberg got a good chance for a goal in the 74th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Fredrik Björnberg struck a weak shot in the 77th minute. Yngve Alebom didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Kulltorp FF. After 82 minutes, Mårten Almkvist mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the PiersAndres and the Kulltorp FF players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 82nd minute, Mårten Almkvist hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 83 minutes into the game, Fredrik Björnberg recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Yngve Alebom. Fredrik Björnberg showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-1. Pelle Linqvist came free with the goalkeeper in the 87th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Yngve Alebom could save by the left post. In the 88th match minute, Kulltorp FF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Harry Lundberg to maneuver through the defense. Kurt Fågel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Urban Molander having to interfere. Yngve Alebom made a fantastic save in the 94th minute, when Pelle Linqvist sent off a good shot on target. The PiersAndres supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Kulltorp FF's performance. The match ended with a win for Kulltorp FF.
