After 7 minutes, Albin Vallman mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Bymogarna IF and the F.C. Internazionale Milan players grew even worse after the yellow card. Rasim Vecihi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Max Henriksson, who was totally free with the ball in the 9th minute. Bymogarna IF's Rasim Vecihi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mårten Odeen in the 11th minute of play. Rasim Vecihi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mårten Odeen in the 12th minute of the match. Georg Holm could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 14th minute of the match, but Tommy Söderquist made a huge save. Rasim Vecihi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mårten Odeen in the 15th minute of play. Max Henriksson scored 0-1 in the 16th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Rasim Vecihi, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 22nd minute, Harry Arenstedt hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 25th minute, Dan Martinsson ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Rasim Vecihi was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. When Michael Gummeson fell near the penalty area in the 31st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Bymogarna IF's protests and gave Michael Gummeson a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Bymogarna IF getting a freekick after 32 minutes play. Michael Gummeson hit a great ball. Rasim Vecihi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aron Heggert in the 37th minute of play. 38 minutes into the match, Bymogarna IF's goal looked a bit too open when Mårten Odeen came free, but Rasim Vecihi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Rasim Vecihi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mårten Odeen, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience thought a goal was coming when Georg Holm got free with Tommy Söderquist in the 42nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 43 played minutes F.C. Internazionale Milan got a freekick which was hit by Mårten Odeen. Tommy Söderquist took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Albin Vallman, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Mårten Odeen to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 59th minute, Jan-Åke Åberg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jan-Åke Åberg kicked well hit freekick during the 61st minute of the match. With a little luck, Bymogarna IF's Rasim Vecihi got control of the ball when Aron Heggert tried to sneak it across the goal line. Rasim Vecihi was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lucjan Nowak in the 93rd minute of play forced Bymogarna IF's goalkeeper Rasim Vecihi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 95 minutes of play Bymogarna IF's Albin Vallman was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. After 95 played minutes Bymogarna IF got a freekick which was hit by Albin Vallman. Lukas Snäll fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 97th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rasim Vecihi having to interfere. F.C. Internazionale Milan played a much better game than Bymogarna IF and deserved their victory. The Bymogarna IF players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
