A collision led to Sandared getting a freekick after 3 minutes play. Egon Fransson hit a great ball. Sandared's Vilgot Kilman proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 6th minute of the match, managed to save Sandared from getting a goal against them. Vilgot Kilman didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Gullaboås IF's Samuel Brogren shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 1-0 in the ordered_time% minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mats Aleberg in the 15th minute of play forced Gullaboås IF's goalkeeper Evert Lövgren to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The long shot by Rikard Kuse in the 17th minute really tested Vilgot Kilman's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. When the match clock showed 20 minutes, the score became 2-0 when Samuel Brogren sped through Sandared's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Vilgot Kilman. Jesper Bogren struck a weak shot in the 25th minute. Vilgot Kilman didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Gullaboås IF. With his leg Vilgot Kilman managed to avoid a goal in the 26thth minute, when Gullaboås IF's Samuel Brogren fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. When Jesper Bogren came up free with the goalie in the 28th minute, the Gullaboås IF fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jesper Bogren couldn't finish the play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Samuel Brogren got free with Vilgot Kilman in the 31st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Jesper Bogren was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 39th minute. Gullaboås IF's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Sven-Oskar Utfal was extremely unlucky when he, in the 40th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. In the 42nd minute, Gullaboås IF's Samuel Brogren ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Vilgot Kilman. Vilgot Kilman yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 3-0. Egon Fransson's late challenge caught a Gullaboås IF's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Egon Fransson helped the player get up and apologised. After 45 played minutes Sandared got a freekick which was hit by Egon Fransson. After a defensive mix-up in Sandared's zone, Samuel Brogren stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Vilgot Kilman came out of the goal and Samuel Brogren tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

In the 58th minute, Jesper Bogren made a precise shot to the right of Vilgot Kilman. Sandared's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-0. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Samuel Brogren in the 61st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Vilgot Kilman prevented the ball from getting in the gole. A collision led to Sandared getting a freekick after 62 minutes play. Johannes Vestlund hit a great ball. When Gullaboås IF's Samuel Brogren in the 66th minute got a chance for a shot 66th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Sandared's goalie prevented a goal. Agne Wiman recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 68th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Samuel Brogren in the 69th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Vilgot Kilman saved Sandared from getting behind. Evert Lövgren made a fantastic save in the 71st minute, when Jon Holmberg sent off a good shot on target. Vilgot Kilman showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ivar Hellbom in the 73rd minute of the match. 76 minutes into the match, Sandared's goal looked a bit too open when Samuel Brogren came free, but Vilgot Kilman reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Roger Kilstedt kicked well hit freekick during the 77th minute of the match. Vilgot Kilman took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Samuel Brogren, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mats Aleberg in the 88th minute of play forced Gullaboås IF's goalkeeper Evert Lövgren to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mats Aleberg was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 89th minute. Sandared's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Jan-Åke Kristiansson was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 93rd played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Ivar Hellbom fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vilgot Kilman having to interfere. When Ture Olsmann fell near the penalty area in the 97th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Sandared's protests and gave Ture Olsmann a yellow card for diving instead. In the 97th minute, one of Sandared:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Sandared. Gullaboås IF walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
