Spectators: 7476 (Terracing: 5608, Seating: 1719, VIP seats: 149) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Wilhelm Löv started the match with the kick off. In the 3rd minute the ball was on its way in behind FC Frottavia's goalkeeper Ralf Hellström, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Ralf Hellström made a fantastic save in the 8th minute, when Marc Backman sent off a good shot on target. After 14 played minutes IFK Ulven got a freekick which was hit by André Hybbert. After recieving a nice pass, FC Frottavia's Ulf Nordström tried to score from far away in the 15th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Wilhelm Löv in the 20th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Gösta Brummer saved IFK Ulven from getting behind. Gösta Brummer made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wilhelm Löv in the 29th minute of play. Wilhelm Löv fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gösta Brummer having to interfere. Otto Gallberg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. Gösta Brummer tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of FC Frottavia booed when IFK Ulven was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 40 match minutes in a wonderful position. André Hybbert didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 42 minutes, Otto Gallberg managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC Frottavia's supporters crossed their fingers, but Otto Gallberg was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Wilhelm Löv fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gösta Brummer having to interfere. 48 minutes into the match, IFK Ulven's goal looked a bit too open when Wilhelm Löv came free, but Gösta Brummer reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

In the 54th minute, Otto Gallberg made a precise shot to the right of Gösta Brummer. IFK Ulven's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. After some fancy dribbling in the 64th minute, Wilhelm Löv managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC Frottavia's supporters rose to their feet, but Wilhelm Löv was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Gösta Brummer breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Jimmy Ugla hit a great freekick 75 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, IFK Ulven's Dick Nordlund got a free kick in the 77th minute. Wilhelm Löv received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 79th minute. Gösta Brummer tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Kevin Örn sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 86th minute, FC Frottavia's Wilhelm Löv dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-2. Jimmy Ugla received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 90th minute. Gösta Brummer tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 92 minutes into the match, IFK Ulven's goal looked a bit too open when Wilhelm Löv came free, but Gösta Brummer reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Otto Gallberg got free with Gösta Brummer in the 94th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Gösta Brummer made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wilhelm Löv in the 96th minute of play. If Otto Gallberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 97th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The IFK Ulven supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching FC Frottavia's performance. The match ended with a win for FC Frottavia.
