In the 3rd minute Anton Danielsson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ivar Mårtensson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With his leg Ivar Mårtensson managed to avoid a goal in the 4thth minute, when LINDHOLMENS BK's Sarabjot Abraham fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Ivar Mårtensson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Anton Danielsson in the 9th minute of the match. Calle Abrahamsson kicked well hit freekick during the 12th minute of the match. After 13 played minutes, Höjden BK's Kurt Siggman shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Kastus Höger came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Höjden BK reached it. Ivar Mårtensson was out of position in the 14 minute of play, and Sarabjot Abraham capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Sarabjot Abraham really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. When the match had gone on for 16 minutes, Sven-Ove Ivarsson put it in 1-1 from a short distance just to the right of Kastus Höger. Sven-Ove Ivarsson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 19th minute. Kastus Höger tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 20 played minutes Höjden BK got a freekick which was hit by Sven-Ove Ivarsson. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sven-Ove Ivarsson in the 24th minute of play forced LINDHOLMENS BK's goalkeeper Kastus Höger to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Kastus Höger took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kurt Siggman, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ivar Mårtensson stood somewhat misplaced when Sarabjot Abraham came free in front of goal and shot 2-1 to the left of him in the 26 minute. Höjden BK's Ivar Mårtensson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sarabjot Abraham in the 31st minute of play. In the 32nd minute LINDHOLMENS BK were awarded a corner. Calle Abrahamsson went to the cornerflag to take it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Johnny Håkansson in the 34th minute of play forced LINDHOLMENS BK's goalkeeper Kastus Höger to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 35th minute of the match Höjden BK got a corner. LINDHOLMENS BK's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Kurt Siggman ran over to the corner to take the kick. In the 36th minute Anton Danielsson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ivar Mårtensson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Kurt Siggman took the ball and in the 38 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Kastus Höger. Kastus Höger dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-2. Ivar Mårtensson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sarabjot Abraham in the 40th minute of the match. Höjden BK's Sven-Ove Ivarsson got a good chance for a goal in the 43rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Stefan Odman hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Sarabjot Abraham in the 47th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ivar Mårtensson prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Egil Gustafsson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 48th minute. Kastus Höger tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Sven-Ove Ivarsson was the one to do the kick off. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Sarabjot Abraham in the 52nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ivar Mårtensson saved Höjden BK from getting behind. Anton Danielsson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Sarabjot Abraham fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ivar Mårtensson having to interfere. Kurt Siggman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Kastus Höger showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sven-Ove Ivarsson, who was totally free with the ball in the 66th minute. In the 67th match minute, LINDHOLMENS BK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Stefan Odman to maneuver through the defense. In the 92nd minute, Sarabjot Abraham got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After having played for 97 minutes, Kurt Siggman managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Höjden BK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Kurt Siggman was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal.
