Spectators: 7723 (Terracing: 5793, Seating: 1776, VIP seats: 154) Skene's Per Johansson started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 10 minutes had been played when some careless play by Skene's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Dick Näfver was slow to take the kick. During this time Knipan IF's players had a chance to rest. Knipan IF's defense didn't have a chance, in the 15th minute, when Agne Beck scored to the left of an out of position Amadeu Pombal, making the score, 1-0. Fredric Söderqvist recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 19th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Per Johansson blasted a shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Amadeu Pombal having to make a save. Gregory Mäder showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hugo Engström, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. Gregory Mäder didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Hugo Engström went, in the 37th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. Skene's Gregory Mäder played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Olle Bröms in the 58th minute of play. Hugo Engströms short, quick shot in the 59thth minute got Gregory Mäder to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Hugo Engström received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 64th minute. Gregory Mäder tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Knipan IF made a substitution. Gunnar Dalberg replaced Rutger Boman. Through an outstanding action, after 67 minutes, Gregory Mäder successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Viktor Jönsson could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 68th minute of the match, but Gregory Mäder made a huge save. 70 minutes into the match, Knipan IF's goal looked a bit too open when Jan-Olof Vallman came free, but Amadeu Pombal reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Olle Bröms kicked well hit freekick during the 70th minute of the match. Gregory Mäder showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Viktor Jönsson in the 72nd minute of the match. Amadeu Pombal showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jan-Olof Vallman, who was totally free with the ball in the 73rd minute. Hugo Engström sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Olle Bröms scored 1-2 in the 80th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Gregory Mäder, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 83 minutes into the match, Knipan IF's Olle Bröms sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Gregory Mäder narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Olle Bröms took the ball and in the 83 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Gregory Mäder. Gregory Mäder dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-3. After a rather tough play, Skene's Jan-Olof Vallman got a free kick in the 85th minute. Amadeu Pombal took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Agne Beck, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 91st minute Agne Beck shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Amadeu Pombal saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 93rd minute, Hugo Engström left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Knipan IF fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-4. The crowd rose to their feet as Olle Bröms kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Gregory Mäder. That made the score 1-5 in the 97 minute of play. The Knipan IF players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
