Andy Berg came out and tried to block the shot, but Ermegildo Indartsu slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 12th minute. 17 minutes into the match, Gnaget leker's goal looked a bit too open when Albin Björklund came free, but Stefan Pettersson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Stefan Pettersson stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Mehmet Özdilek's shot from short distance in the 18th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ermegildo Indartsu got free with Andy Berg in the 20th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 24th minute Mehmet Özdilek shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Stefan Pettersson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Andy Berg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ermegildo Indartsu in the 25th minute of play. Andy Berg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kenneth Qvarnström in the 31st minute of the match. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Mehmet Özdilek stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the last second Stefan Pettersson throw himself and got hold of the ball when Mehmet Özdilek in the 58thth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. Mehmet Özdilek in the 60thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Stefan Pettersson, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. In the 77th match minute, Rossoneri XI was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tomas Sigman to maneuver through the defense. Andy Berg dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. Oskar Petersson's late challenge caught a Rossoneri XI's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Oskar Petersson helped the player get up and apologised. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 89th minute of the game. One of Gnaget leker:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Rossoneri XI:s goal. When the match had been going on for 91 minutes, Rossoneri XI's Winford McGraw got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Stefan Pettersson. Honorato Soveral struck a weak shot in the 96th minute. Stefan Pettersson didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Rossoneri XI.
