In the 16th minute, Alex Oosterhof hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 17 minutes into the match, Jim Bakker had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Bill Korfs. Viko's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Jim Bakker was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. Viko's Bill Korfs proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 22nd minute of the match, managed to save Viko from getting a goal against them. Jim Bakker had several of the Viko's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 30 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 2-0 score and a disappointed Bill Korfs as he didn't even see the shot coming. In the 34th match minute, Viko was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ferdi Engbers to maneuver through the defense. Bill Korfs made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Daniel van Gastel in the 48th minute of play.

The wind increased when Ab Klerk made the kick off in the second half. The audience was convinced that Ab Klerk's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Bill Korfs was relentless in the 52nd minute of the game. In the 52nd match minute, Viko was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Simon Sándor to maneuver through the defense. Auke van Wonderen blasted a shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Folker Hillen having to make a save. Oldetrine's Folker Hillen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Arjen Das in the 75th minute of play. 76 minutes into the match, Ab Klerk notched a goal, 3-0, to the right of Viko's Bill Korfs. Bill Korfs was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Bill Korfs made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ab Klerk in the 81st minute of play. The audience was convinced that Jim Bakker's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Bill Korfs was relentless in the 82nd minute of the game. After some careless play in the Viko defense, Jim Bakker kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Bill Korfs. The Viko fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Bill Korfs should have stopped the shot. 87 minutes into the game, Enrico Santarelli was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Oldetrine's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Viko the free kick. Folker Hillen made a fantastic save in the 89th minute, when Auke van Wonderen sent off a good shot on target. Auke van Wonderen fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Folker Hillen having to interfere. For all the effort they put into the match, the Viko players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Oldetrine.
