Spectators: 7371 (Terracing: 5529, Seating: 1695, VIP seats: 147) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Luis-Jose Pastor kicked off to start the match. When Nevada Zubizarreta came up free with the goalie in the 6th minute, the Sant Feliu De Guíxols fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Nevada Zubizarreta couldn't finish the play. Bernardo Solera stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Luis-Jose Pastor's shot from short distance in the 7th minute. 13 minutes into the game, Nevada Zubizarreta was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Sant Feliu De Guíxols's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Candon CF the free kick. Nevada Zubizarreta kicked well hit freekick during the 13th minute of the match. When the match had gone on for 17 minutes, Carlomagno Nieto took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Tancredo Estrada to make any attempt to save it. Luis-Jose Pastor sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Sant Feliu De Guíxols's Nevada Zubizarreta got a good chance for a goal in the 24th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Nevada Zubizarreta took the ball and in the 28 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Bernardo Solera. Bernardo Solera dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. 31 minutes into the game, Luis-Jose Pastor cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. Bernardo Solera was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. When the match had gone on for 40 minutes, Luis-Jose Pastor put it in 1-3 from a short distance just to the right of Bernardo Solera. Bernardo Solera showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Luis-Jose Pastor, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Carlomagno Nieto made a kick off. Candon CF's Bernardo Solera played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luis-Jose Pastor in the 54th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Candon CF's zone, Nevada Zubizarreta stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Bernardo Solera came out of the goal and Nevada Zubizarreta tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Tancredo Estrada showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Carlomagno Nieto in the 58th minute of the match. After 68 minutes, Armando Olmos mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Candon CF and the Sant Feliu De Guíxols players grew even worse after the yellow card. The referee gave Sant Feliu De Guíxols a penalty, 69 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Arnau Crespo, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Candon CF's Bernardo Solera. 1-4. In the 75th minute, Delmar Garcia ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Tancredo Estrada was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-4. If Gonza Montes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 88 minutes into the match, Candon CF's goalkeeper Bernardo Solera had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Nevada Zubizarreta. If Nevada Zubizarreta had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Nevada Zubizarreta could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 96th minute of the match, but Bernardo Solera made a huge save. Tancredo Estrada made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Carlomagno Nieto in the 98th minute of play. Sant Feliu De Guíxols's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
