In the 17th minute, Antonius Saternus got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Antonius Saternus fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Manfred von Rumohr having to interfere. After having played for 42 minutes, Antonius Saternus managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Nobody's supporters crossed their fingers, but Antonius Saternus was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The audience was convinced that Herbert Bisky's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Manfred von Rumohr was relentless in the 43rd minute of the game. After 47 minutes, Johannes Wegner mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Nobody and the Beiersgraben players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Nobody getting a freekick after 47 minutes play. Johannes Wegner hit a great ball. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Herbert Bisky made a kick off. After a rather tough play, Beiersgraben's Dante Löhr got a free kick in the 52nd minute. 58 minutes into the match, Beiersgraben's goal looked a bit too open when Herbert Bisky came free, but Manfred von Rumohr reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Manfred von Rumohr showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Herbert Bisky, who was totally free with the ball in the 61st minute. Manfred von Rumohr showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Herbert Bisky in the 62nd minute of the match. Antonius Saternus sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Manfred von Rumohr made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Antonius Saternus in the 97th minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Nobody had won after a very even match.
