Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Jonas Früh started the match with the kick off. In the 4th minute Andreas Röhner shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Knud Spranger saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Knud Spranger showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Constantin Geiger in the 6th minute of the match. Andreas Röhner fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Knud Spranger having to interfere. Anton Kolbers short, quick shot in the 16thth minute got Knud Spranger to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. In the 18th minute, Constantin Geiger hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 21st match minute, BVBx09 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Raimund Diebitsch to maneuver through the defense. The audience thought it was a sure goal in the 22nd minute, when Bergweiler FC's Dominik Mieth after having done a great run through the defense got himself free with Knud Spranger in BVBx09's goal and fired away a shot, but it missed the goal by a fraction of an inch. 25 minutes into the match, BVBx09's goal looked a bit too open when Andreas Röhner came free, but Knud Spranger reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 30th minute the ball was on its way in behind Bergweiler FC's goalkeeper Willibald Sanger, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Jonas Früh fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Willibald Sanger having to interfere. Jonas Früh received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 46th minute. Willibald Sanger tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Andreas Röhner to make the kick off. Bergweiler FC's Anton Kolber got a good chance for a goal in the 53rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After some fancy dribbling in the 59th minute, Jonas Früh managed to get in a good position for a shot. BVBx09's supporters rose to their feet, but Jonas Früh was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Willibald Sanger breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. BVBx09's Knud Spranger played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Anton Kolber in the 62nd minute of play. If Anton Kolber had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Andreas Röhner received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 65th minute. Knud Spranger tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Andreas Röhner in the 93rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Knud Spranger saved BVBx09 from getting behind. Bergweiler FC's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
