Raul Baumann kicked well hit freekick during the 28th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Placido Heiske in the 29th minute of play forced TSV 1860 München's goalkeeper Jacek Rüschenbaum to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Arthur Link stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Tommy Bleicher stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ole Kühn's shot from short distance in the 51st minute. Tommy Bleicher showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Arthur Link in the 53rd minute of the match. Ole Kühn's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Tommy Bleicher read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 58th minute of play. Tommy Bleicher came out of the goal and Ole Kühn tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Arthur Link sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Tommy Bleicher came out of the goal in the 70th minute to try and stop a shot by TSV 1860 München's Ole Kühn. But to his dismay, Ole Kühn quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. Placido Heiske received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 73rd minute. When Raul Baumann fell near the penalty area in the 77th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored TSV 1860 München's protests and gave Raul Baumann a yellow card for diving instead. Raul Baumann hit a great freekick 77 minutes into the match. Jacek Rüschenbaum was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 78th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Raik Borgmann. In the 81st minute Arthur Link shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tommy Bleicher saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ole Kühn's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Tommy Bleicher read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 86th minute of play. After 89 played minutes Siedlung Neu Borstel got a freekick which was hit by Rasmus Sauer. In the 96th match minute, Siedlung Neu Borstel was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rasmus Sauer to maneuver through the defense. In the 97th minute, Ole Kühn got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal.
