Dinamo St.Gallen's Patrik Sennrich got a good chance for a goal in the 7th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 9thth minute of the game Leander Joho who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Seeberg's Moritz Saenger was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 12 minutes, Arthur Rodel mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Dinamo St.Gallen and the Seeberg players grew even worse after the yellow card. Arthur Rodel kicked well hit freekick during the 12th minute of the match. Henry Wigger showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lucien Sandmeyer, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. After taking down the ball on Seeberg's corner Silverio Lenz fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Henry Wigger quite easily take care of the ball. During the 16th minute of the match Arthur Rodel completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Arthur Rodel a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. The supporters of Seeberg booed when Dinamo St.Gallen was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Arthur Rodel didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 19 minutes, Lucien Sandmeyer managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Seeberg's supporters crossed their fingers, but Lucien Sandmeyer was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Dinamo St.Gallen's Henry Wigger played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Reynold Zeier in the 23rd minute of play. 26 minutes into the match, Seeberg's Reynold Zeier sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Henry Wigger narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Henry Wigger made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lucien Sandmeyer in the 27th minute of play. Reynold Zeier received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. Henry Wigger tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 30 minutes into the game, Seeberg's Reynold Zeier nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Henry Wigger made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. The supporters of Seeberg booed when Dinamo St.Gallen was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 34 match minutes in a wonderful position. Axel Ineichen didn't get a good kick on the ball. Lucien Sandmeyer fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Henry Wigger having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Dinamo St.Gallen's zone, Reynold Zeier stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Henry Wigger came out of the goal and Reynold Zeier tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The Dinamo St.Gallen players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Seeberg were winning 0-2.

Reynold Zeier might have been able to make a better finish in the 52nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Henry Wigger. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Reynold Zeier ran back to his position shaking his head. 53 minutes into the game, Luca Albisser was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Seeberg's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Dinamo St.Gallen the free kick. Dinamo St.Gallen's Henry Wigger proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 61st minute of the match, managed to save Dinamo St.Gallen from getting a goal against them. Lucien Sandmeyer sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 64thth minute of the game Reynold Zeier who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Dinamo St.Gallen's Henry Wigger was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Patrik Sennrich fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Moritz Saenger having to interfere. Didier Finger kicked well hit freekick during the 68th minute of the match. If Patrik Sennrich had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Reynold Zeier in the 79th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Henry Wigger saved Dinamo St.Gallen from getting behind. After a rather tough play, Dinamo St.Gallen's Daniel Pfund got a free kick in the 81st minute. Dinamo St.Gallen's Henry Wigger played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Reynold Zeier in the 82nd minute of play.
