Rachid Füglister made an important save on a dangerous shot by Gerard Moench in the 3rd minute. Donatus Wendelspiess hit a great freekick 3 minutes into the match. Asi Ruh's Rachid Füglister played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gabor Racine in the 6th minute of play. Mirko Léveillé showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Josue Bossert, who was totally free with the ball in the 9th minute. The supporters of GoDarwin Lugano booed when Asi Ruh was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 10 match minutes in a wonderful position. Harry Charette didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Gerard Moench had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Donatus Wendelspiess charged in rather forcefully in the 18th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Donatus Wendelspiess the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. MarcoMarcus Jardan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mirko Léveillé having to interfere. Asi Ruh's MarcoMarcus Jardan got a good chance for a goal in the 25th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. MarcoMarcus Jardan recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 26th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. MarcoMarcus Jardan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Gerard Moench fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rachid Füglister having to interfere. In the 31st match minute, Asi Ruh was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Giorgio Klein to maneuver through the defense. Gerard Moench received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 33rd minute. Rachid Füglister tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Gabor Racine sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Josue Bossert stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After a defensive mix-up in GoDarwin Lugano's zone, MarcoMarcus Jardan stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Mirko Léveillé came out of the goal and MarcoMarcus Jardan tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Gabor Racine fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rachid Füglister having to interfere. 68 minutes into the match, GoDarwin Lugano's Gabor Racine sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Rachid Füglister narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Gerard Moench struck a weak shot in the 69th minute. Rachid Füglister didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for GoDarwin Lugano. After some careless play in the Asi Ruh defense, Gerard Moench kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Rachid Füglister. The Asi Ruh fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Rachid Füglister should have stopped the shot. GoDarwin Lugano's Mirko Léveillé played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Josue Bossert in the 77th minute of play. Mirko Léveillé made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Josue Bossert in the 78th minute of play. After a rather tough play, GoDarwin Lugano's Pascal Aebi got a free kick in the 81st minute. After recieving a nice pass, Asi Ruh's Holger Mader tried to score from far away in the 82nd minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Josue Bossert sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some fancy dribbling in the 92nd minute, Josue Bossert managed to get in a good position for a shot. Asi Ruh's supporters rose to their feet, but Josue Bossert was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Mirko Léveillé breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 97 minutes of play Asi Ruh's Harry Charette was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. In the 98th minute, Harry Charette hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Marvin Pauli, 99 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. GoDarwin Lugano were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Asi Ruh for a fine match.
