The TeraClub fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Eurelijus Marčiauskas should have stopped the shot. After 27 minutes of play, FK Alytis's Agnius Stankaitis made it 0-6 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Eurelijus Marčiauskas was left in no man's land by his defense there! After a defensive mix-up in TeraClub's zone, Agnius Stankaitis stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Agnius Stankaitis recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 31st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 33 played minutes TeraClub got a freekick which was hit by Žygimantas Bička. 33 minutes into the match, Agnius Stankaitis notched a goal, 0-7, to the right of TeraClub's Eurelijus Marčiauskas. Eurelijus Marčiauskas was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 40th minute, Agnius Stankaitis left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. In the 44th minute, Rokas Pranys ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Eurelijus Marčiauskas was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-10. 47 minutes into the game, FK Alytis's Rokas Pranys nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Eurelijus Marčiauskas made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-11. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-11 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

After having played for 85 minutes, Rokas Pranys managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FK Alytis's supporters crossed their fingers, but Rokas Pranys was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 88th minute, Rokas Pranys reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Eurelijus Marčiauskas. The goal made the score 0-16. A collision led to TeraClub getting a freekick after 91 minutes play. Žygimantas Bička hit a great ball. 92 minutes into the game, Rokas Pranys recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Eurelijus Marčiauskas. Rokas Pranys showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-17. Agnius Stankaitis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 96th minute. Eurelijus Marčiauskas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
