A very good chance. After some fancy dribbling in the 11th minute, Gabriel Tuovinen managed to get in a good position for a shot. Real Bandiacos's supporters rose to their feet, but Gabriel Tuovinen was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Veli Mäkiaho breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 14th minute Gabriel Tuovinen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Veli Mäkiaho saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Aatami Kilpelä took the ball and in the 19 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Veli Mäkiaho. Veli Mäkiaho dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Aatami Kilpelä recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 25th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Kylänlahti's Urmas Kinisjärvi got a good chance for a goal in the 27th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 29th minute of the match Kaapro Torkkeli shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Pentti Wallenius showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. If Urmas Kinisjärvi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Veli Mäkiaho came out of the goal in the 34th minute to try and stop a shot by Real Bandiacos's Gabriel Tuovinen. But to his dismay, Gabriel Tuovinen quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. After having played for 40 minutes, Urmas Kinisjärvi managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Kylänlahti's supporters crossed their fingers, but Urmas Kinisjärvi was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 41 played minutes Real Bandiacos got a freekick which was hit by Anttoni Holttinen. Kylänlahti were awarded a corner in the 44th minute after Real Bandiacos's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Kaapro Torkkeli took the corner. Kaapro Torkkeli made a great header on Kylänlahti's corner, it was just that Real Bandiacos's Pentti Wallenius managed to reach the ball for a save. Kylänlahti's Veli Mäkiaho played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aatami Kilpelä in the 46th minute of play. In the 47th minute, one of Kylänlahti:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Kylänlahti. Pirkka Joenväärä shot the penalty kick by force right in the crossbar. No goal. Gabriel Tuovinen sent away a hard shot on goal in the 51st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Gabriel Tuovinen was the one to do the kick off. When Aatami Kilpelä came up free with the goalie in the 61st minute, the Real Bandiacos fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Aatami Kilpelä couldn't finish the play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Gabriel Tuovinen in the 65th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Veli Mäkiaho prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Joonas Timonen hit a great freekick 67 minutes into the match. Pentti Wallenius made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Urmas Kinisjärvi in the 69th minute of play. Aatami Kilpelä received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 70th minute. Veli Mäkiaho tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Veli Mäkiaho took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gabriel Tuovinen, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Aatami Kilpelä fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Veli Mäkiaho having to interfere. Urmas Kinisjärvi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pentti Wallenius having to interfere. Pentti Wallenius took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Samuel Hauhtonen, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 87 played minutes Kylänlahti got a freekick which was hit by Esa Rautee. Veli Mäkiaho took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gabriel Tuovinen, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gabriel Tuovinen in the 93rd minute of play forced Kylänlahti's goalkeeper Veli Mäkiaho to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Real Bandiacos booed when Kylänlahti was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 95 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tapio Enola didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 96th minute of the match Pirkka Joenväärä sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Veli Mäkiaho skillfully saved the ball. A collision led to Real Bandiacos getting a freekick after 98 minutes play. Julius Tallus hit a great ball. The corner ended in Miikka Veikkanen almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Real Bandiacos's Pentti Wallenius did a great save. When the match was over Real Bandiacos could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Kylänlahti throughout the match.
