Kaido Eesti received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 4th minute. Jüri Einasto tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Kris Õnnis stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Hans Väärtnõu's shot from short distance in the 11th minute. Tambet Ristik hit a great freekick 16 minutes into the match. After 17 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for BSC Unibet! In the 18th minute there was a penalty for Ranniku. Aadam Aas stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Kris Õnnis. 1-0. An unexpected shot in the 21st minute by Jaak Veebel got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. A collision led to BSC Unibet getting a freekick after 28 minutes play. Tambet Ristik hit a great ball. 30 minutes had been played when some careless play by BSC Unibet's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Aadam Aas was slow to take the kick. During this time Ranniku's players had a chance to rest. Hans Väärtnõu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kris Õnnis having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Hans Väärtnõu's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Kris Õnnis was relentless in the 41st minute of the game. 43 minutes into the match, Ranniku's Jaak Veebel sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Kris Õnnis narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Kaido Eesti was the one to do the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kaido Eesti in the 54th minute of play forced Ranniku's goalkeeper Jüri Einasto to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 57th minute Hans Väärtnõu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kris Õnnis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Kris Õnnis showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hans Väärtnõu, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. Kris Õnnis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jaak Veebel in the 61st minute of the match. Jaak Veebel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jaak Veebel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 70th minute. Kris Õnnis tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 72nd minute, Kaido Eesti ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jüri Einasto was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-2. 77 minutes into the match, Ranniku's goal looked a bit too open when Kaido Eesti came free, but Jüri Einasto reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Madis Jaama recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 83rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. There was no doubt that Ranniku were the better team. Ranniku's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
