Spectators: 7172 (Terracing: 5381, Seating: 1649, VIP seats: 142) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Azim Ereken started the match with the kick off. After 3 played minutes Fikirtepe JK got a freekick which was hit by Şimşek Aral. Azim Ereken blasted a shot towards the goal in the 7th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Cuma Reşit having to make a save. Azim Ereken fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cuma Reşit having to interfere. Cuma Reşit made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Azim Ereken in the 16th minute of play. When Nebi Kayaalp got free in front of the goal in the 17th minute he wasn't very focused and chipped the ball just over the goal. Cuma Reşit was delighted since he was out of position and the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. Fikirtepe JK's Azim Ereken got a good chance for a goal in the 23rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in Thierry Emry FC's zone, Nebi Kayaalp stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Cuma Reşit came out of the goal and Nebi Kayaalp tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Arda Ozan Isfahanlı could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 30th minute of the match, but Sadri İlhanoğlu made a huge save. The supporters of Thierry Emry FC booed when Fikirtepe JK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 31 match minutes in a wonderful position. Seyhan Tanay didn't get a good kick on the ball. Sadri İlhanoğlu came out of the goal in the 41st minute to try and stop a shot by Thierry Emry FC's Arda Ozan Isfahanlı. But to his dismay, Arda Ozan Isfahanlı quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Arda Ozan Isfahanlı struck a weak shot in the 45th minute. Sadri İlhanoğlu didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Thierry Emry FC. Sadri İlhanoğlu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ceyhan Sağlamtürk, who was totally free with the ball in the 47th minute. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ceyhan Sağlamtürk was the one to do the kick off. 52 minutes into the game, Azim Ereken recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Cuma Reşit. Azim Ereken showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-2. 57 minutes into the game, Pars Kudretullah was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Thierry Emry FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Fikirtepe JK the free kick. A collision led to Thierry Emry FC getting a freekick after 57 minutes play. Pars Kudretullah hit a great ball. Nebi Kayaalp fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cuma Reşit having to interfere. Fikirtepe JK's Nebi Kayaalp got a good chance for a goal in the 61st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Cuma Reşit showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Azim Ereken, who was totally free with the ball in the 63rd minute. If Nebi Kayaalp had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Azim Ereken received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 72nd minute. Cuma Reşit tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 75th minute, Alphan Besim hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Cuma Reşit showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Azim Ereken in the 79th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 82nd minute, Nebi Kayaalp managed to get in a good position for a shot. Fikirtepe JK's supporters rose to their feet, but Nebi Kayaalp was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Cuma Reşit breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 84 minutes of play Thierry Emry FC's Pars Kudretullah was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. Pars Kudretullah kicked well hit freekick during the 85th minute of the match. In the 86th minute, Şimşek Aral fired a really elegant long shot, but Cuma Reşit threw himself and managed to get hold of the ball just in front of the right post. The audience thought a goal was coming when Nebi Kayaalp got free with Cuma Reşit in the 95th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Arda Ozan Isfahanlı received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 96th minute. Sadri İlhanoğlu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
