After having played for 11 minutes, Erdeniz Ergüven managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Hasköy FK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Erdeniz Ergüven was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Mehmet Efe Kutlughan made an important save on a dangerous shot by Birant Pala in the 15th minute. If Kemalettin Fırıncıoğlu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Birant Pala struck a weak shot in the 20th minute. Mehmet Efe Kutlughan didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Cimbali SK. 22 minutes into the match, Hasköy FK's goalkeeper Mehmet Efe Kutlughan had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Birant Pala. In the 25th minute Soner Eröz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aybars Paye saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Birant Pala could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 31st minute of the match, but Mehmet Efe Kutlughan made a huge save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Soner Eröz in the 33rd minute of play forced Cimbali SK's goalkeeper Aybars Paye to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Aybars Paye showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Erdeniz Ergüven, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Soner Eröz in the 38th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Aybars Paye prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When Erdeniz Ergüven came up free with the goalie in the 46th minute, the Hasköy FK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Erdeniz Ergüven couldn't finish the play.

The wind increased when Kemalettin Fırıncıoğlu made the kick off in the second half. The audience thought a goal was coming when Soner Eröz got free with Aybars Paye in the 61st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After a defensive mix-up in Hasköy FK's zone, Birant Pala stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Mehmet Efe Kutlughan came out of the goal and Birant Pala tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Cimbali SK's Kemalettin Fırıncıoğlu in the 68th minute got a chance for a shot 68th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. In the 78th minute, Selmi Yerhum hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Birant Pala struck a weak shot in the 94th minute. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
