In the 16th minute of the match Metin Özbilgin shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Ergincan Arslan showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Hurşit İren sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some fancy dribbling in the 22nd minute, Halil İbrahim Karhan managed to get in a good position for a shot. Timuçin 11 spor's supporters rose to their feet, but Halil İbrahim Karhan was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ergincan Arslan breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. A collision led to Tophane JK getting a freekick after 23 minutes play. Atak Boran hit a great ball. Halil İbrahim Karhan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. Ergincan Arslan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Halil İbrahim Karhan recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 33rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Hurşit İren had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ergincan Arslan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Esat Sidam in the 45th minute of play. When Halil İbrahim Karhan came up free with the goalie in the 48th minute, the Timuçin 11 spor fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Halil İbrahim Karhan couldn't finish the play.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Hurşit İren made a kick off. Yalçın Ocakçı charged in rather forcefully in the 56th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Yalçın Ocakçı the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 57th match minute, Timuçin 11 spor was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Yalçın Ocakçı to maneuver through the defense. Davut Safih made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eren Özaydın in the 58th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Alper Sayın during the 62nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Timuçin 11 spor's Esat Sidam got a free kick in the 63rd minute. In the 66th minute Ahmet Fikret Hüdayioğlu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Davut Safih saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Halil İbrahim Karhan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ergincan Arslan having to interfere. In the 71st minute, Hurşit İren reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Ergincan Arslan. The goal made the score 0-2. In the 74th minute Hurşit İren shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ergincan Arslan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Tophane JK's Ahmet Fikret Hüdayioğlu got a good chance for a goal in the 75th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The supporters of Timuçin 11 spor booed when Tophane JK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 78 match minutes in a wonderful position. Samim Ersoy didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 83rd match minute, Tophane JK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Samim Ersoy to maneuver through the defense. Hurşit İren sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Timuçin 11 spor's Hurşit İren got a good chance for a goal in the 88th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Timuçin 11 spor's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Metin Özbilgin in the 94th minute. Metin Özbilgin made a great header on Timuçin 11 spor's corner, it was just that Tophane JK's Ergincan Arslan managed to reach the ball for a save. A collision led to Tophane JK getting a freekick after 97 minutes play. Ahmet Fikret Hüdayioğlu hit a great ball. When the match was over Timuçin 11 spor could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Tophane JK throughout the match.
