The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 3 minutes into the match, Bastion's goal looked a bit too open when Yuriy Osipov came free, but Egor Buznikov reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 7 minutes into the match, Bastion's goal looked a bit too open when Grigoriy Rubanov came free, but Egor Buznikov reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Yuriy Osipov in the 8th minute of play forced Bastion's goalkeeper Egor Buznikov to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 11 minutes into the game, Oktyabrsky HC's Grigoriy Rubanov nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Egor Buznikov made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vitaliy Zaznobin in the 15th minute of play forced Bastion's goalkeeper Egor Buznikov to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the match had gone on for 17 minutes, Yuriy Osipov took a quick shot and it went in 3-0 without a chance for Egor Buznikov to make any attempt to save it. 24 minutes into the match, Ilya Biryukov had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Egor Buznikov. Bastion's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ilya Biryukov was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-0. Egor Buznikov showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ilya Biryukov in the 29th minute of the match. In the 32nd minute Grigoriy Rubanov shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Egor Buznikov saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When %teams%'s Grigoriy Rubanov was free in front of goal, he didn't hesitate to shoot 5-0 just inside the left pole, 32 minutes into the game. Egor Buznikov was annoyed at himself for letting in the shot. After some careless play in the Bastion defense, Ilya Biryukov kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Egor Buznikov. The Bastion fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Egor Buznikov should have stopped the shot. 41 minutes into the match, Bastion's goal looked a bit too open when Timur Buderaskiy came free, but Egor Buznikov reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 41st minute, Danil Safonov hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 43rd minute, Grigoriy Rubanov ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Egor Buznikov was frozen by the shot and now it was 7-0. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 7-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Rostislav Dubinskiy to strike the kick off in the second half. Grigoriy Rubanov scored 8-0 in the 52nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Egor Buznikov, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The crowd rose to their feet as Rostislav Dubinskiy kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Ilya Efimov. That made the score 8-1 in the 60 minute of play. 62 minutes into the match, Yuriy Osipov notched a goal, 9-1, to the right of Bastion's Egor Buznikov. Egor Buznikov was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After a defensive mix-up in Bastion's zone, Grigoriy Rubanov stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Egor Buznikov came out of the goal and Grigoriy Rubanov tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 70th minute Yuriy Osipov shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Egor Buznikov saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 71 minutes into the match, Bastion's goal looked a bit too open when Grigoriy Rubanov came free, but Egor Buznikov reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 72nd minute, Valeriy Naumov hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 73rd minute, Grigoriy Rubanov left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Oktyabrsky HC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 10-1. Marat Smolskiy took the ball and in the 76 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Egor Buznikov. Egor Buznikov dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 11-1. Oktyabrsky HC made a substitution. Adrian Beschastnyh replaced Timur Buderaskiy. Konstantin Dovzhenko hit a great freekick 81 minutes into the match. A collision led to Bastion getting a freekick after 82 minutes play. Konstantin Dovzhenko hit a great ball. 83 minutes into the match, Yuriy Osipov notched a goal, 12-1, to the right of Bastion's Egor Buznikov. Egor Buznikov was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Egor Buznikov took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Yuriy Osipov, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 89 minutes into the match, Bastion's goal looked a bit too open when Klim Karyaka came free, but Egor Buznikov reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 91st minute, Yuriy Osipov made a precise shot to the right of Egor Buznikov. Bastion's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 14-1. If Eduard Pshenichnikov had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Oktyabrsky HC had played much better football throughout.
