Beginning negotiations

Why does it say "you'll hear back within 24 hours" when you first send an offer to a coach, but then once the negotiation makes it to your "current negotiations" tab, it says evaluation won't start for another 3 days?Why does it say "you'll hear back within 24 hours" when you first send an offer to a coach, but then once the negotiation makes it to your "current negotiations" tab, it says evaluation won't start for another 3 days?

Yes, that's actually quite confusing. In fact, when you send the first offer to a coach you will get a message "Your contract offer has been sent. You will receive a reply in the Comments from Coach section below within 24 hours." But under current negotiations you will find something like "Contract evaluation begins: 7/5/2011 2:03am". What it really MEANS is that you will get a reply 24 h AFTER the contract evaluation has begun (7/6/2011 around 2am in my example).Yes, that's actually quite confusing.

In fact, when you send the first offer to a coach you will get a message "Your contract offer has been sent. You will receive a reply in the Comments from Coach section below within 24 hours." But under current negotiations you will find something like "Contract evaluation begins: 7/5/2011 2:03am".

What it really MEANS is that you will get a reply 24 h AFTER the contract evaluation has begun (7/6/2011 around 2am in my example).
