10 ball experience limit per team

Hello, There is a limit for how many players can get 10 balls at experience per team? I remember I have read about 4 players with 10 balls experience per team but this limit is not anymore valuable since I have already more than 4 players with 10 balls at experience already. I just wonder if they increased this limit at 8 or something and is useless for me to wait another player to get 10 balls (I have one who seems to be stuck at 9.75 on experience)Hello,
