Advantages of sending keepers to training camp
By tree_amigos - 15-12-2018 21:42
So I remember a thread a while back asking if it was worthwhile to send keepers to training camps. Below in my 22 year old keeper. He has been to a training camp almost every season and not always for keeping. On the USA transfer market is a 10 ball keeper with 27 skill balls total. Looking at his training, it appears he was not sent to many camps and for several seasons gained only a single skill ball. Granted, I do not know the quality of the coach with which he was trainng, but just based upon total skill balls and balls gained per season I feel that sending keepers to camp when they are young is definitely worth it. Just my two cents to the discussion.
